Dear Parents,

Trinity Lutheran School is planning a Mini Course program. This year the program will be held Friday, March 4. There is a morning session from 9:00 – 11:00 and an afternoon session from 12:00 – 2:00. If you are not able to do both sessions, even one would be much appreciated. In order for this program to be successful, I need your help. Perhaps you would be interested in teaching a course. You may be wondering, “What could I possibly teach?” There are many, many different courses to choose from. For example – beginning sewing, gymnastics, team games, crafts, etc. Attached to this letter is a list of possible courses. If you have an idea, but are not sure if it will work, let me know and I will help you develop it. Think of such things as hobbies or a special interest you have, or where you work, or special places that would be of interest to visit. If you do not want to teach a course, but would be willing to help by being an assistant or driver, let me know. I need helpers also.

Here is an excellent opportunity for you to become involved with education at Trinity. Grandparents, church members, and friends are encouraged and also welcome. Take this opportunity! I’m positive you will enjoy this experience.

Below is the application. Please fill it out and return it to me in the office by February 5, since Mini Course Day takes time to plan. Thank you in advance for your support of Trinity and this unique program. The faculty and staff look forward to working with you in this exciting endeavor.

Sincerely In Christ,

Mrs. Shari Dierks
School Secretary
