Track and Field

Track and Field is made up of four teams like basketball. They compete with area Middle School teams and in the Michigan Lutheran track meets. Trinity consistently has athletes excel at the Regional and State levels of competition including state champions in several events!
Students are placed into different classes for this sport.
Grades: 4th-8th Girls and Boys

Season: March through end of school year
Meets: Typically, the Class B teams will have 3-4 meets per season and the Class A teams will have 6-8 meets per season. The regular season culminates with the Regional Meet, at which the athlees will have the opportunity to qualify for the State Meet.
Practice: Generally the teams practice for 90 minutes 4-5 days each week throughout the season.
